Our commitment to sustainability

We are committed to playing our part in building a more sustainable future for our pupils, our community and the planet. Through our Sustainability and Climate Change Action Plan, we are embedding environmental responsibility across school life — from curriculum and outdoor learning to biodiversity, energy use and waste reduction.

By involving pupils, staff and the wider community, we aim to deepen understanding of climate change, protect and enhance our local environment, and prepare our children with the knowledge, skills and values they will need for a changing world. Our approach is practical, inclusive and forward-looking, ensuring sustainability is not an add-on, but a lived and learned experience for all.
