It was another exciting day yesterday, as Mrs Perriam went to review the progress on the new Nursery building. It looks like it is coming along nicely and hopefully will be in place at King's Furlong soon.
Exciting update
Despite the changeable weather we have had this week, builders are still working away at getting the site prepared for the new nursery. This week some of the nursery children have been making their own buildings using a Duplo digger.
Yesterday we had a procession of 48 mixers arriving with concrete to pour in the foundations.

The building works are continuing much to the enjoyment of the watching children. You can almost see where the buildings footprint is going to be.
Updated progress pictures
Over February half term, we had some exciting visitors come to King's Furlong Infant School and Nursery and start preparing the way for our new nursery building. The diggers have arrived, much to the delight of the children and old buildings have been removed to get the ground ready for the next step.
